59-year-old Akira Haraguchi of Japan recently broke the world record for the recited number of digits of Pi. Haraguchi-san recited an amazing 83,431 digits of Pi during a 13-hour overnight stretch. One of my best friends is an anthropologist on the team of the University of Durham, one of the oldest since 'Middle Earth’ has been banished to the scrolls.
His official title is 'Queen's Lecturer'
Since a few years he deciphers the genome of the Japanese Monkey, and Japanese Buddhism Meditation at some undisclosed Shinto Temples.
According to his reports virtually no Mitochondrial DNA differences can be found ( X chromosomes ) between the monkeys and the monks. However, although the y chromosomal ( Cell Nucleus Helix ) differences are negligabe, the difference between male and female behaviour are lightyears apart!
